In order to ensure your dialysis machines work properly Farmacarb provide service under contracts to meet the various needs of our customers. This service includes simple servicing, annual maintenance contract, spare part service and planned preventive maintenance service contracts. Under Farmacarb service contracts our customers feel more confident of having timely, more flexible, cost effective and reliable solutions.
Our field technicians work closely with our engineers at the center to solve your problems effectively and timely. Thus wherever remote diagnosing is not enough, our emergency field technicians are there to assist you.
